Website Scorecard
See how your current site stacks up
Tell us a little about your business and we'll walk you through the same six-category rubric we use internally. This isn't an automated grade — it's a clear, honest checklist you can apply to your own site right now, and we'll follow up with our take.
What we look at
The six-category scorecard rubric
Score your own site honestly against each question — most small-business sites are strong on one or two of these and weak on the rest.
Can a first-time visitor tell what you do, who it's for, and what to do next within about 5 seconds?
Does the site show real signals of credibility — a real name and location, clear contact info, reviews, credentials, or past work?
Does the site actually work on a phone — readable text, tappable buttons, no sideways scrolling, no broken layout?
Does the site load quickly on an average connection, or do visitors wait and bounce before it renders?
Is there one obvious way to take the next step — call, message, or request a quote — repeated where it makes sense?
Is the site on a secure connection (SSL), a domain you actually own, with basic SEO structure and analytics in place?
This rubric is descriptive, not an automated score — v1 of the Website Scorecard is a guided checklist plus a human follow-up, not a scanning tool.
