We build your site and you review and request changes for as long as you need — no charge, no time pressure. You only pay $249 at the moment you decide to go live, and that includes a full year of updates. After that, there's no contract and nothing owed — if you want updates to keep going, the plan is $49/year, renewed only if you want it. Hosting itself is never a separate line item, before or after launch.

After the included year
No commitment — one simple care plan if you want it
When your included year ends, you owe nothing and keep the site as-is. If you want standard updates to keep going, add the care plan any time — billed once a year, cancel anytime, no long-term contract.
Continues standard update service (the same scope defined in the FAQ) for another 12 months. No contract — renew only if you want it.
Care-plan pricing above is the approved rate. Ownership, migration, and cancellation terms are still being finalized in writing.
Hosting
Where your site actually lives
Your site runs on Cloudflare's global network — the same infrastructure behind a large share of the web. We handle the setup: domain connection, SSL, and configuration. Cloudflare is the actual host, and hosting itself is never billed to you separately, at launch or ever. The only recurring cost, if you ever want one, is the optional $49/year update care plan above — that's for our time making changes, not for keeping the lights on.
